About the Internship:
We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive individuals to join our HR Department as HR Recruiter Interns. This internship offers valuable exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, talent acquisition strategies, and human resource operations within a professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals and social media platforms.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
Support in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on recruitment platforms.
Communicate with applicants regarding interview updates and feedback.
Assist the HR team in onboarding and documentation activities.
Participate in campus recruitment coordination and internal HR events.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR functions.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
Eligibility:
Students pursuing or completed BBA / MBA / BA / B.Com / Any Degreewith interest in HR & Recruitment.
Freshers are welcome.
