SentientGeeks is looking for IT Recruiter Intern to join our HR department. The person will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.

Work Mode: On-site

Internship duration: 06 months (Paid)

Permanent employment will be offered based on performance

Desired Candidate Profile

??????? Applicants must have 03-06 months internship experience in IT hiring

??????? Applicants should be from West Bengal

??????? Diploma/Certification related to HR is mandatory.

??????? Good understanding of souring skills; search strings/ Boolean search on job portals

??????? Should be well acquainted with social media like LinkedIn.

??????? Applicants should have good communication skill.

Responsibilities

??????? Writing and posting technical job descriptions

??????? Sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles from Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn.

??????? Connect qualified candidates with hiring manager.

??????? Arranging telephone, Video, or in-person interviews.

??????? Coordinate with IT Team Leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.

??????? Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview.
