QBID Infotech is expanding its internal recruitment team and is looking for a motivated
HR Recruiter Intern
who is eager to gain hands-on experience in
IT recruitment and end-to-end hiring processes

This opportunity is ideal for
freshers or early-career professionals
who want to build a strong foundation in recruitment, sourcing, and HR operations within an IT services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through
LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases
Understand hiring requirements and map relevant candidate profiles
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-ups
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate pipelines
Support onboarding and joining formalities
Vendor & Coordination Exposure
Assist in coordinating with staffing vendors (as required)
Share requirements and track candidate submissions
Support basic follow-ups and recruitment data management
Eligibility & Skills
Fresher to candidates with up to
1 year of recruitment exposure
Strong interest in
HR and IT recruitment
Basic knowledge of
LinkedIn or job portals
is an advantage
Good communication, follow-up, and coordination skills
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
