We are looking for a

dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern

to join our growing HR team. This

performance-based internship

is ideal for fresh graduates or MBA/HR students who want hands-on experience in

end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, and HR operations

. Interns will gain real-time exposure to hiring processes and earn incentives based on recruitment performance.

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates using

job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals

Handle

end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

- sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews Coordinate with hiring managers to understand

job requirements

Post job openings on

job portals and social platforms

Maintain and update

candidate databases and trackers

Conduct initial HR screening and follow-ups Support onboarding and documentation processes Achieve

weekly/monthly hiring targets

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

Graduate / Any Degree

Freshers or candidates with

0-1 year experience

HR Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of
