structured training opportunity
for students
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala and social platforms
Shortlist resumes based on defined hiring criteria
Share assignments and track candidate submissions
Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely follow-ups
Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and next steps
Maintain accurate recruitment records using
Excel / Google Sheets
Assist with job postings and basic recruitment operations
Support the HR team in day-to-day hiring activities
Eligibility Criteria
Currently pursuing graduation or just completed 12th.
Willingness to learn recruitment processes from the ground up
Basic working knowledge of
Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
(mandatory)
Ability or willingness to learn
Make (automation tool)
is an added advantage
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work remotely with discipline and accountability
