Your Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full hiring cycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviews and offer finalization.

Talent Sourcing
- Leverage job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.), social media, and networking events to attract top talent.
?
Screening & Interviews
- Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
?
Building Talent Pipelines
- Maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
?
Collaboration
- Work closely with hiring managers to define roles and recruitment strategies.
?
Candidate Experience
- Ensure smooth and engaging interactions throughout the hiring process.
?
Diversity & Inclusion
- Implement strategies to attract diverse candidates.
?
Data-Driven Hiring
- Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire) to optimize hiring strategies.
?
Onboarding Support
- Assist in the smooth transition of new hires into the company.
?
Market Research
- Stay updated on hiring trends and competitor strategies.
What You Need to Succeed:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Experience
