Job Title: HR Recruiter
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to support our talent acquisition needs on a contract basis. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates across various roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding support
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring timelines
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
Source candidates through databases, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (phone/virtual/in-person)
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers
Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
Assist with HR documentation related to hiring and onboarding
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
6 months to 1year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
