Key Responsibilities
Reach out to candidates across the
United States
for various
technical and non-technical positions

Source, screen, and engage potential candidates through outbound communication channels.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate documentation.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
Learn and adopt effective recruitment strategies under the guidance of senior recruiters.
Achieve daily/weekly targets as assigned by the team lead.
What We're Looking For
Freshers or candidates who want to be trained as
Recruiters
.
Strong communication skills (spoken & written English).
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the recruitment domain.
Basic computer literacy and ability to multitask.
Willingness to work
Monday to Saturday
for
9 hours
with a 1-hour break.
