We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Recruiter Intern
to support our talent acquisition and recruitment efforts. As an intern, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with potential candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in writing and posting job descriptions on various platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.)
Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR rounds of interviews
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
Assist in employer branding activities and building a talent pipeline
Communicate professionally with candidates and provide timely updates
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the recruitment process
Work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient with Google Workspace or MS Office tools
