The Role: Recruitment and Sourcing Intern
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Recruitment Intern to join our fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. This role is demanding, requiring a commitment to a 6-day work week and direct involvement in high-volume hiring.
Work days and timing: Monday-Saturday, 9:30am to 6:30pm
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Outreach:
Conduct initial outreach and cold calling to passive candidates on platforms like LinkedIn to generate leads.
Post and update job listings across various job boards and social media.
Recruitment Coordination:
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone screenings.
Manage and accurately update the application databases.
Efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
HR Administration:
Prepare and send offer letters, contracts, and rejection emails.
Assist with onboarding documentation and maintaining confidential employee records.
Support general HR functions and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Current student or recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Mandatory Technical Skill: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Mail).
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence for cold calling.
Superior organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
Ability to commit to the rigorous 6-day, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM schedule.
