Key Objectives:
Assist in recruitment processes
: Support the HR team in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization.
Support employee onboarding
: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
HR documentation and record management
: Assist in maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and organizing HR-related documents.
Learn and contribute to employee engagement initiatives
: Help with activities aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support
: Assist with job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
Onboarding Assistance
: Help new employees with paperwork and ensure they receive all necessary materials and information on their first day.
HR Database Management
: Organize and maintain employee records, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
Employee Relations
: Support HR in handling day-to-day employee queries and helping to maintain a positive workplace environment.
HR Administrative Support
: Assist in preparing HR reports, organizing training schedules, and other administrative tasks as required.
Assist in HR initiatives
: Contribute to employee wellness programs, performance management, and other HR projects as needed.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR and talent management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
Duration:
3 to 6 months (can be extended based on performance)
