HR Recruiter Intern

Experience Required: 2-3 months in recruitment experience (mandatory)

Location: Work From Home / Remote

Timings:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Duration:

30 Days

Language:

Fluent in English and Hindi both, is a must

Working Days:

5 or 6 days/week (based on performance)

Stipend:

?3,000 + Incentives ( for 1 month )

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates Maintain recruitment trackers and follow-ups Coordinate interviews and ensure timely onboarding Achieve weekly hiring targets

Full-Time Conversion:

Internship will convert to a full-time role after:

30 days of consistent performance or 25 successful joinings
