Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals Screen and shortlist resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate database and update recruitment tracking systems.
Requirements-

Female candidates only Masters degree (MBA) in HR or equivalent Good communication skills in English Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and eagerness to learn.
