Key Responsibilities
Assist in
sourcing candidates
through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain and update
candidate databases

Support onboarding and documentation processes.
Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
Prepare basic recruitment reports and trackers.
