As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented HR Recruiter Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR operations within a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Update and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations. Support in the drafting and posting of job descriptions for open positions, ensuring clarity and alignment with hiring requirements. Assist in organizing and attending career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities to attract top talent. Collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate engagement strategies. Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives within the HR department, gaining exposure to various aspects of human resources management.

Requirements:

Completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR practices, with a desire to gain practical experience in recruitment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage candidates and build rapport. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
