Softmate Systems is looking for a Business Executive to manage and coordinate a team of 30-40 on-site tech executives. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and daily team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Take daily updates and performance reviews from field tech executives and ensure task completion. Maintain smooth coordination between internal office team and on-site field team. Monitor discipline, resolve operational issues, and ensure proper workflow across locations.
Qualification

Any degree accepted Experience not mandatory -- leadership/coordination ability preferred
