Job Description

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruitment Intern with an interest in the sports industry. The role involves cold calling, interview coordination, and building a strong talent pool of coaches and interns.

Key Responsibilities

Cold calling potential candidates for various openings. Scheduling interviews and coordinating HR rounds. Communicating with internal teams for next steps after every interview round clearance. Creating and maintaining a candidate database/talent pool (coaches & interns). Supporting placement visits and basic presentations when required.

Requirements

Passion for sports and interest in sports hiring. Strong communication & follow-up skills. Comfortable with calling and coordination tasks. Available for 3 months, 10 AM - 2 PM.
