Job Title: HR Recruiter Intern

Location : wakad pune

Job type - Full Time

Responsibilities -

Talent Acquisition - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, source, and screen candidates.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and timely process.

Candidate Screening

Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings and track recruitment metrics.

Skills:

Should have strong knowledge of hiring portal eg., Naukri, Apna, Linkedin Etc.

Should have experience in College placement drives,

Strong sourcing techniques, including social media recruitment and networking.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
