We are expanding our creative and operational team -- and we're looking for an
HR Recruiter Intern
who can help us hire the right talent for roles like editors, writers, designers, and operations.
Role Overview: What You'll Be Doing
Manage
end-to-end hiring
for entry-level and creative roles (sourcing ? screening ? coordinating).
Write JD postings and manage responses on
LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala
, etc.
Conduct
initial screening calls
to assess communication, skills & role fit.
Coordinate interview schedules with team leads and the founder.
Maintain a clean
candidate pipeline
and follow-up system.
Assist in onboarding new interns/employees.
Maintain HR documentation and databases.
Must-Have Skills
Excellent English communication skills
(verbal + written)
Strong email writing and professional communication etiquette
Confident on calls, especially while screening candidates
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment flow
Comfortable using tools like
Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, LinkedIn
Self-driven, disciplined, and willing to learn
