We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. This role is an excellent opportunity to learn practical HR practices in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
? Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for various roles.
? Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
? Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
? Draft and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media.
? Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
? Support day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave management, and documentation.
? Coordinate with teams for smooth communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
? Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
? Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills.
? Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
? Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
