Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking sheets.
Support in drafting and posting job descriptions.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus outreach activities.
Help with onboarding and documentation of new hires.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
