Job Description

Join our global talent acquisition team and support recruitment for international clients. As an International Recruiter (Fresher or Intern), you'll:

Source and screen candidates globally via portals, referrals, and LinkedIn.

Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job ads, resume reviews, telephonic screening, interview scheduling, and feedback follow?ups.

Maintain candidate database and tracking using ATS or internal tools.

Support onboarding coordination for international placements.

Communicate with candidates and hiring managers across time zones to ensure a seamless experience.

Learn and adapt to international labor regulations and recruitment best practices.

Provide daily or weekly reports and track recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing international candidates and maintaining talent pipelines.

Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and shortlist candidates.

Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications.

Update and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and spreadsheets.

Coordinate compliance checks and document verification.

Provide routine status reports and assist with recruitment analytics.

Liaise with global hiring teams or agencies for candidate support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.

Fresh graduates, recent graduates, or currently pursuing studies with strong interest in recruitment.

Fluent English skills--good verbal and written communication.

Basic computer skills: MS Office, email, Google Forms.

Interest in international recruitment, cultural sensitivity, willingness to work non-standard hours.

Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Skills & Competencies

Strong oral and written communication skills, including telephonic screening.

Organizational skills to manage multiple vacancies and candidates.

Basic certification or coursework in HR/recruitment is a plus.

Eagerness to learn recruitment tools (ATS, job boards, databases).
