This is a 2-months internship where you''ll work on real hirings recruitments ,intract with candidates, and understand how recruitment actually works in the real world . if you perform well and show commitmen, placement will be provided after internship

WHAT YOU'LL DO

search and shortlist candidates using job portals and linkedIn

talk to candidates ,explain job roles, and schedule interviews

.

support the recruitment team in daily hiring activities

.

keep track of candidate details and follow -ups

.

learn how hiring decisions are made in real companies
