Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities
Source and screen resumes through job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups
Maintain and update candidate databases
Support HR operations and documentation
Learn recruitment strategies, screening techniques, and hiring workflows
Eligibility Criteria:
Fresh graduates
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR processes (preferred)
Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain
Ability to work from Kochi location
