Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on requirements
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate tracking reports and databases
Assist in employer branding and posting job openings online
Support HR team with daily recruitment tasks and follow-ups
Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in HR, Business, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office and internet research
Energetic, eager to learn, and proactive
