Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Support HR team in day-to-day recruitment operations.
Post job openings on various portals and social media channels.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and share shortlisted profiles.
Assist in onboarding activities for new hires.
Participate in HR team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the hiring process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree (Pursuing or Completed) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) is an advantage.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
