Key Responsibilities
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other relevant platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Provide timely updates to candidates and stakeholders on interview status
Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably HR/Management)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
