Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms. Screen resumes and schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers. Maintain and update the recruitment database and track candidate progress. Draft job descriptions and help post openings on relevant channels. Conduct initial telephonic rounds and assess candidate fitment. Coordinate and follow up with candidates during the recruitment lifecycle. Assist with onboarding and documentation processes. Support other HR functions like employee engagement, documentation, and data entry.

Skills Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions. Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), Excel, and communication tools is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
