Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
Provide assistance in employer branding and campus recruitment activities.
Prepare and share daily/weekly recruitment reports.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
