Intern - Recruiter (Driver Hiring & Onboarding)

Bangalore / Cochin

Duration:

3-6 Months

Stipend:

?10,000/month (first 3 months) | ?15,000/month (next 3 months)

Key Responsibilities:

Source, engage, and screen potential EV truck driver candidates across multiple platforms Coordinate interviews, track applications, and manage recruitment pipelines Facilitate onboarding and verify documentation (Aadhaar, Driving License, BGV forms) Maintain seamless communication with city operations teams and generate insightful reports

Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Kannada (mandatory); Tamil/Malayalam (advantageous) Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting Energetic, detail-oriented, and motivated to thrive in a startup ecosystem
