Internship Overview:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources within a dynamic, creative environment. The HR Intern will report directly to the HR Manager and assist with a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
Help coordinate employee events, team-building activities, and other HR initiatives
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
Research and summarize HR best practices, policies, and legal requirements
Special projects as assigned

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
