Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern with an IT background to support our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT technologies and a keen interest in building a career in Human Resources, specifically in IT recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements
Conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate interview schedules
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Understand IT roles such as Developers, Testers, Network Engineers, Data Analysts, etc.
Support in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and documentation
Assist in onboarding and documentation processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Educational background in IT, Computer Science, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or related field
Strong interest in Human Resources & Talent Acquisition
Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Email communication
Preferred Skills (Optional but Added Advantage):
Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Basic knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
Understanding of recruitment lifecycle
