Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support in building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads on different platforms.
Provide timely communication with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Participate in HR team meetings and contribute ideas for improving hiring strategies.
Requirements
Pursuing/completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interest in IT recruitment and HR processes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of hiring platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) will be a plus.
