Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and sourcing suitable candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate data and track recruitment progress
Support the HR team in employer branding and other hiring initiatives
Learn and apply best practices in recruitment processes
Provide administrative support in day-to-day HR operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
