Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Post job openings on various hiring platforms
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback
Support onboarding and documentation processes
Assist with HR-related administrative tasks as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Interest in HR recruitment and talent acquisition
Prior internship or coursework in HR (optional)
