Stipend:
Interns: ?5,000 - ?10,000 per month
Recruiter: ?10,000 - ?15,000 per month
Timings: 10:00 AM - 06:30 PM
Week Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday + Sunday
Skills Required:
Strong communication & professional clarity
Effective sourcing & screening ability
Good coordination & follow-up
Basic knowledge of job portals
MS Excel & Word basics
Experience in banking/unsecured insurance hiring (preferred)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Screen & shortlist candidates
Coordinate interviews & update stakeholders
Maintain candidate pipelines
Prepare & update recruitment reports
