HR Recruiter Intern

What You'll Be Doing:

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate databases and records Communicate effectively with candidates through email and calls Support other recruitment tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with making calls and speaking with candidates Organized, reliable, and self-motivated Immediate joiner preferred Basic understanding of recruitment process is a plus Laptop & stable internet connection
