HR Recruiter Intern

Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for various IT positions
Source, screen, and schedule candidates for roles such as:
iOS Developers
Full Stack Developers
Business Development Executives (BDEs)
UI/UX Designers
Graphic Designers, and PM, PDM, BDM, & Industrial Training & more
Drive enrollments of fresh graduates into IT training programs
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Assist with
onboarding, documentation
, and joining formalities
Support
employee engagement
and HR activities
Maintain recruitment data and reports
Eligibility & Requirements
MBA in HR (Mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in recruitment and HR operations
Willingness to work from office (On-site)
Positive attitude, learning mindset, and result-oriented approach
