The HR Executive will support the HR Manager in executing end-to-end recruitment activities while ensuring timely, quality hiring aligned with organizational requirements. The role involves coordination with stakeholders, candidate management, recruitment reporting, and adherence to HR policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist the HR Manager in understanding manpower requirements, job roles, and hiring timelines.
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Prepare and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, networking, consultants, and direct search.
Conduct telephonic and initial HR screenings to assess experience, skills, attitude, and salary fit.
Coordinate technical and managerial interviews with internal stakeholders.
Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates from interview stage to joining.
Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
Coordination & Stakeholder Support
Act as a single point of contact between candidates, HR Manager, and hiring managers.
Support hiring managers with interview scheduling, feedback collection, and hiring status updates.
Escalate critical hiring issues or delays to the HR Manager proactively.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain recruitment trackers, interview records, and candidate databases.
Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports for review by the HR Manager.
Support offer letter preparation, documentation collection, and joining formalities.
Process & Compliance Support
Ensure recruitment processes comply with internal HR policies and statutory requirements.
Assist in improving recruitment processes, turnaround time, and candidate experience.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives as guided by HR Manager.
HR Support Activities
Assist HR Manager in on-boarding coordination and induction programs.
Provide support in HR audits, data validation, and manpower planning exercises when required.
Support other HR initiatives as assigned.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of recruitment life cycle and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage hiring timelines.
Proficiency in job portals, MS Excel, and recruitment tracking.
Good understanding of HR processes and corporate work culture.
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ownership.
Requirement:
5-7 years of hands-on recruitment experience
