Job Description
Minimum 2+ years of experience (bulk blue-collared sourcing experience in the logistics industry preferred). * Excellent communication and leadership qualities. * Sending daily reports on assigned positions * Filling gaps within given TAT. * Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders towards closing the positions. * Maintaining a daily tracker on open positions * Ready to travel anywhere as per the business needs and requirements. * Lead the supply operations in the zone (sourcing of delivery associates, on boarding, deployment, and retention/attrition control, Rider Activities, and Reporting. Skills required: * Good communication (Local language will be preferred) * Negotiations Skills * Interpersonal skills * Travel Savvy * MS Office SavvyJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per monthBenefits:
