How you will make a difference:

• Work closely with HR regional managers and business leaders to understand the recruitment need, accordingly will source the best talents from the market through different channels.
• Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, job sites, media, and internet sites
• Attract applicants by placing job advertisements externally as per Safeguard
• Monitor job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks
• Responsible for recruitment co-ordinations, lineups, screening, and initial HR rounds.
• Maintaining recruitment tracker and Vacancy tracker
• Accurate, complete, and compliant recordkeeping of personal files for all the new joiners
• Coordinating with the IT team for new joiners

What will give you an advantage:

• Bachelors / Master’s degree required (Pref: MBA in HR)
• 2 years of end to end recruiting experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
