We are looking for an experienced
HR Recruiter
with a background in hospital or healthcare recruitment to manage and execute the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the staffing needs within a hospital environment and will be capable of identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified professionals across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for medical, paramedical, administrative, and support staff
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and job specifications
Post job advertisements on relevant job portals and social media platforms
Source candidates through databases, job portals, networking, and employee referrals
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and schedule departmental interviews
Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verification
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and manage joining formalities
Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment dashboards
Collaborate with HR team for onboarding, induction, and compliance documentation
Ensure adherence to hospital recruitment policies and statutory guidelines
Required Skills:
Proven recruitment experience in a hospital or healthcare environment
Familiarity with hospital roles and medical terminology
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple positions under tight timelines
Knowledge of HRMS and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
