Owner for end to end, process implementation of the recruitment process and commitment to align with business goals
Responsible for Managing a team of recruiters and their deliverables
Responsible for a recommendation, effective usage and adoption of the tools/technology including Social media platforms as part of the Hiring process.
Responsible for getting things done from the Recruitment team and their committed deliverables/timelines(Target Dates, TAT, Being in touch with candidates until onboarding).
Provide support/inputs/guidance to the team as required to meet the committed timelines,
Custodian of recruitment related data/information and share appropriate reports/metrics in a timely manner
Analyze the recruitment related data/process to make recommendations on any improvements that needs to be made to the processes
Responsible for managing Open positions and candidate databases/pipeline
Responsible for working with External Recruitment Agencies and ensuring the agreed recruitment commitments are met.
Responsible for the whole cycle of recruitment drives, campaigns and walk-ins
Provide strategic inputs to the management on Talent Acquisition and Retention aligning with the business
Responsible for evaluating/encouraging/Influencing/negotiating with potential candidates who fits the organization
Work with key stakeholders and management internally to proactive plan according to the business goals/requirement
