Responsibilities

• Owner for end to end, process implementation of the recruitment process and commitment to align with business goals
• Responsible for Managing a team of recruiters and their deliverables
• Responsible for a recommendation, effective usage and adoption of the tools/technology including Social media platforms as part of the Hiring process.
• Responsible for getting things done from the Recruitment team and their committed deliverables/timelines(Target Dates, TAT, Being in touch with candidates until onboarding).
• Provide support/inputs/guidance to the team as required to meet the committed timelines,
• Custodian of recruitment related data/information and share appropriate reports/metrics in a timely manner
• Analyze the recruitment related data/process to make recommendations on any improvements that needs to be made to the processes
• Responsible for managing Open positions and candidate databases/pipeline
• Responsible for working with External Recruitment Agencies and ensuring the agreed recruitment commitments are met.
• Responsible for the whole cycle of recruitment drives, campaigns and walk-ins
• Provide strategic inputs to the management on Talent Acquisition and Retention aligning with the business
• Responsible for evaluating/encouraging/Influencing/negotiating with potential candidates who fits the organization
• Work with key stakeholders and management internally to proactive plan according to the business goals/requirement
