Understand hiring requirements from department heads
Prepare and post job vacancies on job portals, social media, and other platforms
Source candidates through databases, referrals, and walk-ins
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Conduct initial HR interviews and assessments
Verify candidate documents and background details
Maintain recruitment data and employee records
Issue offer letters and follow up on joining formalities
Support onboarding and induction process
Ensure recruitment timelines and targets are met
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources / Business Administration / any graduate
Knowledge of recruitment processes and interview techniques
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously
Basic knowledge of labor laws is an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals
