Experience Required:

HR Executive: 2-5 Years HR Manager: 5-10 Years

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end

recruitment for Sales, ERP Consultants, Project Managers & Technical roles

Special focus on

Area Sales Manager & target-oriented sales hiring

Manpower planning as per

business targets & growth plans

Screening, interviewing, coordination, and onboarding Maintain

joining ratio, hiring timelines & quality metrics

Employee engagement, attendance, HR policies & compliance Coordination with department heads for manpower requirements HR MIS, reports & recruitment performance tracking

Required Skills

Strong experience in

IT / ERP / Software hiring

Ability to hire

business-driven, target-oriented profiles

Good communication & coordination skills Fast closure mindset for urgent & bulk hiring Knowledge of
