About us: Namaste Free Placement Service offers jobs for the Blue Collar sector. We will not only help you get the job you qualify for but also will be available as you support channel for any help you need during your job. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Talk or Chat with candidates
- Verify candidate documents and details
- Understand client requirements
- Interview and Screen candidates
- Offer job only to eligible candidates
- Follow up with the candidate to complete onboarding
- Follow up with the candidate for completion of the job
- Raise issues related to the candidate on proactive basis
- Understanding of geographical locations of areas within HYDERABAD
- Google Sheets or Excel knowledge
- Experience as HR Recruiter or Similar Role (min 6 months)
- Aware of sourcing techniques
- Good Verbal and Written communication skills (Hindi or English is must. Other languages like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi etc. will be of additional advantage)
- Smartphone with internet connectivity
- Open to Learn
