Rakhere Technologies is seeking a skilled and experienced Mid-Level HR Recruiter with a strong background in US recruitment processes to join our growing team. As a crucial member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our organization, particularly from the US market. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruiter to contribute to our company\'s success by sourcing, engaging, and onboarding exceptional candidates.
Responsibilities:

  • US Recruitment Expertise: Leverage your extensive experience in US recruitment processes to source, screen, and hire candidates for various technical and non-technical roles. Understand the nuances of the US job market and adapt strategies to attract the best-fit candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative methods, to identify potential candidates. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Candidate Engagement: Interact and engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely and relevant information, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Prepare candidates for interviews by providing relevant information about the company, role, and interview process.
  • Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews, both in-person and remotely, to assess candidates\' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Provide insightful feedback to hiring managers to support their decision-making process.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics. Provide guidance on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
  • Candidate Selection and Offer: Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to finalize the selection of candidates. Extend offers of employment and manage the negotiation process as necessary.
  • Talent Acquisition Metrics: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities using the company\'s Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Provide regular updates on key recruitment metrics to the HR team and management.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Recruiter, with a focus on US recruitment processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of US hiring laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates for a range of positions, including technical roles.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate candidates\' technical and soft skills effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with candidates.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
