Manpower Sourcing & Screening, Headhunting, recruitment, as per profiles and requirements.
Coordinate the interview with the respective departments.
Validating & verification check
Follow up for documentation from the selected candidates.
Issuance of Offer Letter, Employment Letter to the candidates Selected.
Joining and on boarding Formalities.
Maintaining attendance & leave management.
Preparing salary sheets and Preparing Full & Final settlement
Other HR activitiesRequired Candidate profileDesired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as an HR Executive with reputed school
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Graduate + MBA in relevant field
