Roles & Responsibilities: o Design and update job descriptions o Source potential candidates from various online channels o Draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates o Screen incoming resumes and application forms o Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) o Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests o Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally o Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers o Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits o Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs o Act as a consultant to new hires and help them
