We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team at Utkarsh Global Foundation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices, and should be passionate about identifying and hiring the right talent to drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.

Post job openings on various platforms and conduct initial screenings

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracker.

Organize and conduct interviews.

Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires

Support other HR functions as needed (documentation, employee engagement, etc.)

Requirements:

Bachelor's degre or related field

1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements

Familiarity with sourcing techniques and job portals

Must be a local candidate

Immediate joining required
